Job Title: Joiner
Location: Darlington
Pay Rate:£18.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Joiner to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team, based in Darlington. Youll play a key role in maintaining and improving council-owned properties, ensuring all joinery tasks are carried out to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out all aspects of joinery, including repairs, installations, and maintenance
* Working in occupied and void domestic properties
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to specification
* Collaborating with internal teams and other trades
* Delivering high-quality customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry
* Proven experience in domestic maintenance or local authority work
* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK Driving Licence
