Service Advisor - Shrewsbury
Avid Personnel are seeking an expereinced Service Advisor to join their clients team operating out of their Shrewsbury based facility.

About the role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop team. You'll greet customers, manage their service and repair needs, and ensure they receive a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers and booking in service and repair appointments
* Providing clear and accurate service advice and estimates
* Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day
* Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
* Managing invoicing and handover of vehicles on collection
* Signposting customer surveys to secure great feedback!
About you:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the motor trade is essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using dealer management systems (Pinnacle, 1Link, Motability) (Training provided)
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a friendly, professional team
* Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience
