The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Providing tenancy advice to residents
2. Promoting independent living and sign posting to appropriate agencies
3. Encouraging residents to organise and get involved in activities
4. Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
5. Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
6. Wellbeing calls to residents via warden call system
7. Supporting the lettings team to manage vacant flats
8. Providing cover at schemes in the region for other Scheme Managers
9. Managing low level anti-social behaviour
Skills and experiences:
10. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
11. Some experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
12. Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
13. Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
14. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
15. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
16. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

27. £23,683 per annum (rising to £24,415 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
