We are a small, family-run double-glazing business that has been serving Bishops Stortford and the local area for over 30 years. We are looking for a reliable and organised person to join our friendly team. The job role is:-
Reception / Office Administrator (Part-Time)
(3 days per week to start flexible)
This is a varied role where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, support the office with day-to-day administration, and help ensure things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and handle counter enquiries.
· Use Xero for basic bookkeeping tasks (training provided if required).
· Organise repairs and order replacement goods
· General office administration.
· Always provide excellent customer service.
· Manage the showroom independently on occasions.
Skills & Experience:
· Previous office or reception experience preferred.
· Working knowledge of Xero, Excel and Word.
· Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
· 4 weeks paid holiday (pro-rata).
· Possibility of increased hours as the role develops.
Salary dependant on experience
