Salary: £36 Weekday and £38 Weekend per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Dudley and develop your skills alongside our team of clinicians.
ENPs who can assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients, often in the 'Minors' area of the emergency department, working within guidelines set by the clinical lead.
Education/Qualifications:
* Must hold one of the following Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice, HEE ACP Digital Badge/RCN credentialing, Level 6/7 qualification in Minor Illness & Minor Injury, or a specific role qualification such as Urgent and Emergency Care.
Optional: Prescribing certificate (V300).
Mandatory trainings:
* IRMER training (every 5 years)
* Interpretation of images (Red-Dot course) (every 5 years)
* Plastering
* Suturing
* Wound assessment and management
Role responsibilities:
* Patient assessment, including pain management
* Reading and assessing X-rays
* Diagnose and treat minor injuries or illnesses in an emergency setting
* Manage conditions like sprains, strains, cuts, bites, burns, and wounds
* Possession of a V300 prescribing course is desirable
* Act as the first point of contact to treat, refer, and discharge patients
* Registered Nurse (NMC, ECP), with satisfactory DBS clearance
* Ability to triage (desirable)
* Understanding autonomous practice within urgent care
