Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Product/ Propositionernance to help to shape theernance framework and drive strategic planning to evolve and deliver exceptional client oues to retail customers. You will be required to lead cross-functional change initiatives whilst also guiding a team ofernance analysts and contribute to strategic planning that influences the future of the platform.
Key duties include:
1. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry and market developments, advising senior leadership onpetitive trends and rmending enhancements to capabilities and services.
2. Shapeernance Framework: Enhanceernance to support an industry-leading wrapped platform, enabling seamless access to investment products, wrappers, and client-centric services.
3. Lead and Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and mentor a team ofernance analysts. Set performance standards, review progress, and make informedpensation decisions.
4. Drive Strategic Analysis: Leadplex business,petitive, and product analyses. Define problems, plan research, and guide diagnosis to deliver actionable insights.
5. Deliver Impactful Rmendations: Synthesise findings intopelling rmendations and present through white papers, case studies, and strategic materials.
6. Turn Data into Insight: Interpret and analyse highlyplex data, ensuring accuracy and crafting it into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
7. Collaborate on Special Projects: Participate in strategic initiatives and other duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in a similar role – Product, Proposition – with knowledge of retail propositionernance
9. Project Management experience
10. Knowledge of the Retail investing industry
11. Strong senior level stakeholder engagement
12. Proven ability to lead teams, manageplex analysis and influence strategic oues
13. Strong business acumen, data interpretation skills, and ability to craftpelling narratives.
What you'll get in return
Basic salary up to £120K
30% discretionary bonus and £13500 partnership bonus (all of these are targets)
