Care4Properties is a property specialist, offering services to buy and sell residential and commercial properties for potential buyers, sellers, or investors. We closely follow each transaction from start to finish, ensuring smooth and expeditious transfer of titles and satisfactory closing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive letting services and have a wide range of rental properties to suit various budgets. Other services include building insurance, building works, and maintenance services, all provided with extreme care and diligence.
We are looking for a business admin lettings apprentice to join our team. The role requires a switched-on individual who is self-motivated and highly organised. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, fantastic customer service and communication skills are very important to be a success in this role. You will be completing your Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues.
* Managing email inboxes.
* Use excellent customer service continuously.
* Organise and report data.
* Use of spreadsheets.
* Managing in-house computer systems.
* Filing, scanning and archiving documents.
* Answering incoming calls to the office.
* Dealing with post.
* Use of bespoke software.
* Any other admin duties as requested.
Qualifications
* To be eligible for this role we are looking for individuals who already have their Maths and English qualifications.
