Job description What Youll Do: As an ER Advisor, youll support the Firms Business Services Teams from our Manchester or Leeds office (with ad hoc UK travel). Manage a diverse ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability matters. Youll provide clear, pragmatic advice and lead robust investigations. Coach managers, deliver ER-related training, and analyse trends to proactively improve our processes and employee experience. Required profile Who Were Looking For: Someone of graduate calibre (CIPD part or fully qualified preferred) with proven ER case management experience Strong UK employment law knowledge Excellent communication and organisational skills.
