£45,000 plus car allowance per annum

Previous experience in estates management, DBS Disclosure Check, Full UK driving license eligibility to work in the UK.

As our Estate & Facilities Manager, you'll lead safe, compliant and resident‑first environments across our homes, owning day to day Health & Safety and directing a multi‑skilled maintenance team to deliver great service with minimal disruption to care.
We currently have 6 sites in Norfolk and 1 site in Suffolk and we're growing, with new developments planned in Norfolk so you'll have the platform to progress and shape how we do estates. Key Responsibilities:
Lead H&S on site: fire safety, water hygiene/Legionella, gas/electrical, asbestos and IPC
Oversee PPM/reactive maintenance, asset management and contractor control via CAFM
Coach and rota a regional maintenance team; set standards, run toolbox talks and close actions
Deliver minor works; support larger projects under CDM; keep homes 'inspection‑ready' for CQC.
Report on KPIs, manage budgets and drive energy/cost efficiencies
