Our client, a highly respected wealth management firm in South Belfast, is seeking an organised and professional Administrator to join their growing team. While experience within wealth management is ideal, they are also keen to consider applicants from accountancy, insurance, legal services, banking or other professional environments. The Role As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and in-person visits Handling incoming and outgoing client calls Working closely with senior staff to support the management of client accounts Processing and updating client information with accuracy Completing a wide range of associated administrative tasks About You The ideal candidate will have: Administrative and customer-facing experience gained within a professional services environment Experience from financial services, wealth management, accountancy, insurance, legal, banking or similar sectors Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner Solid IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Working Hours Office-based role Monday-Thursday: 9:15am-5:30pm Friday: 9:15am-4:30pm If you're a proactive administrator looking to join a supportive and professional team, we would love to hear from you.
