You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while leading and developing a team to deliver outstanding service and meet key business KPIs. Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to deliver high performance Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery Promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with HSE and food safety standards Monitor and manage KPIs, driving continuous improvement across productivity and performance Collaborate with stakeholders and step up as Shift Manager when required The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
