We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team!
As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams. You will learn the inner workings of a credit union.

Role Responsibilities
* Executing manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
* Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations
* Provide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
* Dealing with customer queries
* Other administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations team
* Transaction monitoring in line with our internal AML check
* Owning operational processes; constantly looking to innovate and improve
* Act as a point of contact for questions relating to operational processes
* Maintaining information across multiple systems
* Review new member application in line with credit union requirement
* Monitoring relevant email inboxes
* Maintain customer reports records.
Qualifications Required:
* Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels)
* Interest in financial services
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good basic numerate skills (arithmetic)
* Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.
