Enterprise HR Tech Architect & Engagement Lead
This role is suited for an HR architect who can bridge the gap between specialist solution engineers and high-level programme directors—owning vendor-ecosystem strategy, enterprise design, and hands-on delivery leadership. You will manage the full lifecycle of complex, multi-vendor HR-technology consulting programmes and support the Director of Innovation & AI by overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex HR-technology strategy programmes.
Your responsibilities include translating GenAI buzz into board-approved architecture and measurable business value, then driving the programme from start to finish.
* Navigate the crowded AI vendor landscape with impartial authority.
* Align AI outcomes with business KPIs, satisfying both CHROs and CFOs.
ROLE PROFILE:
* Architect & Advise: Design enterprise-wide HR operating models and solution blueprints integrating solutions like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, UKG Pro, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Cornerstone OnDemand, BambooHR, and other point solutions.
* Lead & Deliver: Act as hands-on engagement lead—driving discovery, design, and value realization, enabling senior leadership to scale the practice.
* Stay Vendor-Agnostic: Evaluate ecosystems objectively; recommend best-of-suite vs. best-of-breed stacks aligned with client KPIs.
* Influence the Board: Communicate technical trade-offs into decisions that secure funding and momentum.
* Map vendor interdependencies and integration touchpoints; recommend architectures that balance best-of-suite and best-of-breed options.
* Translate board-level objectives into pragmatic reference architectures and delivery roadmaps.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Hands-on understanding of the HR-tech vendor ecosystem—able to articulate strengths, weaknesses, and integration patterns across Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce HR/EX clouds, and other point solutions.
* Experience in HRIS / People-Tech transformations across FTSE-350 or equivalent.
* Experience in productizing advisory toolkits and accelerators.
* End-to-end HR operating model design, tech rationalization, change management, and analytics.
* Experience in cloud-HR vendor selection, payroll consolidation, HR-service digitalization, and AI-readiness roadmaps.
* Participation in board-level EX and workforce-analytics roundtables that generate future consulting opportunities.
