• Build scenario-based models to evaluate trade-offs across facility expansion, consolidation, automation, and transportation network changes.
• Assess financial impacts—capital investments, operating costs, and payback periods—and prepare executive-ready business case materials.
Project & Program Execution
• Serve as an analytical and coordination lead for multi-site, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Facilitate working sessions, process mapping exercises, and solution design workshops that translate strategy into operational reality.
• Support facility launches, network transitions, and go-live readiness for major transformation programs.
Operational Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Benchmark internal processes against industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies; contribute to future-state process design and performance monitoring.
• Generate insights from WMS, TMS, ERP, and labor management systems to uncover systemic inefficiencies and improvement levers.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure analytical models and assumptions align with corporate governance and financial standards.
• Maintain rigorous documentation for auditability and transparent decision-making.
• Track KPIs for transformation programs and prepare periodic updates for network and executive leadership.
