Position Summary

Are you passionate about reshaping how supply chains operate at scale? As a Supply Chain Transformation Project Management Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering complex, multi-year initiatives that define the future of our distribution network.

In this high-impact, enterprise-level role, you'll provide advanced analytics, structured project execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive network growth, operational efficiency, and end-to-end optimization. Your work will directly influence capacity, cost structure, service performance, and long-term strategy—supporting brand growth and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, selecting analytical approaches, building models, and shaping execution plans while partnering closely with Operations, Transportation, Real Estate, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external engineering partners. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and transformation, this role offers both challenge and meaningful career growth.

What You'll Do & Deliver

Strategic & Analytical Leadership

• Lead complex quantitative and qualitative analyses (cost-to-serve, flow path optimization, transportation modeling, capacity planning, labor productivity) to support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Build scenario-based models to evaluate trade-offs across facility expansion, consolidation, automation, and transportation network changes.

• Assess financial impacts—capital investments, operating costs, and payback periods—and prepare executive-ready business case materials.

Project & Program Execution

• Serve as an analytical and coordination lead for multi-site, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Manage detailed project plans, KPIs, milestones, and risk logs; proactively escalate barriers and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop high-quality dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for governance councils and senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Finance, IT, Real Estate, and external engineering teams to validate assumptions, ensure data quality, and align requirements.

• Facilitate working sessions, process mapping exercises, and solution design workshops that translate strategy into operational reality.

• Support facility launches, network transitions, and go-live readiness for major transformation programs.

Operational Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Benchmark internal processes against industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify optimization opportunities.

• Support deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies; contribute to future-state process design and performance monitoring.

• Generate insights from WMS, TMS, ERP, and labor management systems to uncover systemic inefficiencies and improvement levers.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure analytical models and assumptions align with corporate governance and financial standards.

• Maintain rigorous documentation for auditability and transparent decision-making.

• Track KPIs for transformation programs and prepare periodic updates for network and executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (required)

• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Engineering)

Experience

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or network optimization

• Experience in distribution, fulfillment, transportation modeling, or large-scale supply chain projects strongly preferred

• Experience supporting capital investment analyses, network redesign, or automation initiatives is a plus

Knowledge & Tools

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau)

• Experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet, MS Project, )

• Working knowledge of WMS, TMS, LMS, and ERP systems

• Understanding of DC operations, transportation planning, inventory flow, and end-to-end supply chain principles

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (certifications a plus)

Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities; able to translate data into actionable insights

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences

• Structured problem solver with strong root-cause analysis skills

• Collaborative influencer who drives cross-functional alignment

• Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and documentation

• Adaptable, agile, and energized by fast-paced, evolving environments
