Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Junior Supervisor to oversee our dining operations at Fishers Hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of service and culinary excellence in our restaurant, contributing significantly to our guests' overall experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
* Help the manager deliver effective training solutions
* Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus that reflect culinary trends.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or team membr with at least 2 years experience or similar role in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
