Medical Secretary!🌟
Are you an experienced medical secretary looking to contribute to a leading organisation? Our client is looking for a committed and professional individual to join their team!
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 1 Month (with potential for extension)
Hourly Rate: £19.50ph
Location: E14, London (Just 11 minutes' walk from Crossharbour train station)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working option available)
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage patient records and correspondence 🗂️
Send invoices to medical insurance companies (critical skill) 💌
Schedule and confirm patient appointments 📅
Assist with administrative tasks to support our medical team 🩺
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times 🔒
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a medical secretary, ideally in a private practise
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal ✍️
Proficient in using medical software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ⚡
