Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. You will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to a creative and well-planned KS1 curriculum that fosters curiosity and confidence.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a creative and reflective practitioner with strong KS1 experience
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to pupils’ needs
Demonstrate calm, positive behaviour management strategies
Be passionate about children’s academic, social, and emotional wellbeing
Hold high expectations for all learners
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff
Be keen to engage in CPD and contribute to wider school life
