We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Bench Joiner to join our client's bespoke manufacturing team. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in crafting high-end kitchens with precision and attention to detail.

Kitchen Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities:

* Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
* Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
* Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
* Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
* Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
* Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
* Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.
