Overview
Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Glasgow Byres Road Branch — Santander UK. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a base salary of £24,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit.
The role involves being the friendly face and voice of Santander, a listener and problem solver who supports customers with transactions, technology in the banking hall, and fraud protection. You will work as part of a close-knit branch team with a focus on delivering a quality customer experience across a variety of activities.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help our customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

* This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
