This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll do
As a Customer Inspector Scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for:
* delivering outstanding customer service
* liaising with customers
* booking appointments
* scheduling work for field staff within service level agreements (SLAs)
* ensuring customers' expectations are met and exceeded
What you'll need
We are looking for candidates who:
* work well in a team and under pressure
* possess motivational skills and can resolve issues, assess job priorities, and ensure work is completed within strict SLAs
* have a good working knowledge of the water industry (preferred), or are motivated individuals with excellent customer skills and the aptitude to problem solve under pressure. We will provide the necessary training to adapt your skills to this role.
This role offers flexible working options, including job sharing if a suitable partner is found.
