SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role:
10. Support SEN and subject teachers
11. Plan, deliver and run intervention sessions
12. Differentiate according to individual student needs
13. Work on a 1:1 and group basis with students who require additional support
14. Support students who have challenging behaviour
15. Also support students who have special educational needs (SEN)
16. Communicate excellently with staff & parents
SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
17. 1st or 2:1 degree in a core subject or Psychology
18. Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
19. Passionate about education & learning
20. Considering a career in education
21. SEN experience is vital
