We’re supporting a well-established residential childcare provider to recruit a Registered Manager for an established 2-bed EBD home in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a settled service, leading an experienced team and maintaining the high standards already in place. With ten homes operating successfully across Stoke and Staffordshire, this provider offers both stability and genuine career progression opportunities.
About the Role:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a 2-bed children’s home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
• Lead, support, and develop your staff team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Ensure the home continues to meet and exceed Ofsted standards
• Oversee care planning to secure positive outcomes for each child
• Work closely with families, local authorities, and external professionals

About You:
• Experienced Registered Manager, or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Committed to providing therapeutic, child-focused care
