Sales Office Manager – Hybrid

We're looking for a
Sales Office Manager
to take charge of internal sales operations, lead a close-knit team, and ensure smooth day-to-day processes that keep customer service levels exceptional.
In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with external sales colleagues, coordinating efforts to develop key accounts, win new business, and maintain seamless service delivery. A regular on-site presence (minimum 3 days per week) is essential to effectively lead and support the office-based sales team.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the internal sales team to maintain a high-performance culture.
* Managing customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
* Supporting account growth and sales strategy alongside the external sales team.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve customer experience.
* Monitoring sales performance and reporting KPIs to senior management.
* Building strong supplier relationships and staying informed about market trends and customer needs.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience managing internal sales or customer service teams
* Strong B2B sales or account management background
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools
* Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Willingness to be on-site 3+ days per week
* Bonus points if you have experience in technical product sales, electronics, or quality-critical sectors such as aerospace or defence.
