We are supporting a leading training provider who are looking for multiple Data and AI Coaches to support apprentices across a range of businesses and help develop the next generation of data and AI-enabled professionals.
You’ll deliver engaging 1:1 and group coaching, support learner progress, and work closely with stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.
We’re looking for:
✅ 3+ years’ experience using data daily to support business decisions
âś… Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools
âś… Solid experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
âś… Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or facilitating learning
âś… Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
âś… Passion for learning, development, and applied coaching
