Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about working in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings. Join our dynamic team to make a difference in mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ occupational performance and mental health needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and support recovery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centered care.
* Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to help individuals achieve their goals.
* Assist with discharge planning and aftercare support.
Requirements:
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings.
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Strong assessment and intervention skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
