We are currently recruiting Experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team across several homes in the Greater Manchester area. Our services support young people and adults with a range of needs, helping them live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality, person-centred support to young people and adults
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and promoting independence
Encouraging participation in social, educational, and community activities
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals
Ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing are always prioritised
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker in the UK (essential)
Experience working with young people and/or adults in supported living or residential settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins if required
Right to work in the UK
