What You’ll Need
* Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adults residential setting.
* Proven strong track record with the CQC.
* Registration with the CQC
* Genuine passion for older adults and dementia care.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day management of a residential service for older adults and those living with dementia.
* Maintain and strengthen the home’s Good CQC rating through excellent compliance and quality governance.
* Inspire and develop your team to deliver warm, person-centred, high-standard care.
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
* Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure a safe, homely, and welcoming environment.
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice across the home.
