Do you have what it takes to ensure a smooth traffic flow and enhance the overall experience of travelling to and around head office? We are looking for someone who is organised, can take control and be an efficient and safe Traffic Management Officer to join our team!
As a pivotal part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing traffic, assisting with events, and maintaining external facilities. If you thrive in a busy and varied environment and possess excellent organisational skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Traffic Management
- Monitor and manage traffic flow around the Next Head Office Campus.
- Implement plans to optimise traffic efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure smooth vehicle movement.
External Housekeeping
- Conduct regular inspections and upkeep of car parks and cycle shelters.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of external facilities.
Events
- Support Travel2Next sustainable travel events by providing on-site assistance as needed.
- Coordinate parking arrangements for event attendees and VIPs.
All-Weather Availability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions to ensure continuous traffic management.
Open-Minded Approach
- Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude when dealing with diverse situations and stakeholders.
Criteria:
* Knowledge around EV and EV charging
* An interest/awareness in sustainable travel.
Shifts:
We have 1 shift available for this role which will also require flexibility
