Main Objective:
Drive sales of the Extremities & Trauma portfolio within your territory, focusing on Flagship and strategic accounts. Support customers with technical and clinical knowledge, assist with surgical procedures, hospital staff training, and cadaveric workshops to promote innovation and education.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understand thoroughly the Arthrex Extremities & Trauma product line, including features, benefits, pricing, and sales strategies.
* Support internal and external customers as a specialist in this field.
* Drive business and sales within your territory to exceed targets set with the Regional Sales Manager.
* Collaborate with Territory Managers and RSM to develop a territory plan with focus accounts and objectives.
* Conduct ongoing training on Arthrex products for internal and external customers.
* Attend theatres to support surgical teams and surgeons using Arthrex products.
* Train surgeons in the use of Arthrex products.
* Organize and execute cadaveric and sawbone workshops for surgeons and theatre staff.
* Support internal training events and conferences.
* Manage internal processes related to ordering, workshop requirements, and expenses in line with company policies.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in bio-medical sciences or related field, e.g., qualified Physiotherapist or equivalent experience.
* Experience in theatres and orthopaedics is preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and hospital accounts.
* Ability to develop training materials and deliver comprehensive training.
Working Arrangements:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week), with occasional weekend work.
Compensation and Benefits:
