Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role and are looking for someone to join their rapidly expanding Corporate team to work alongside a respected and highly regarded Partner who has joined from an international firm in London. As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working on your own high value caseload that includes matters such as: Sales and purchases of companies and businesses from small enterprises to global businesses Private Equity matters Buy Outs Restructures and Business reorganisations Partnership matters Shareholder agreements Succession planning In return for their employees' hard work, our client offers a competitive salary for the area, flexible working options and a fantastic benefits package. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 0-5 PQE within Corporate law, has excellent client care skills and is ambitious with their long-term goals.
