Job Description
Administrative support to the Purchasing Department.
About The Role
· Issue and track purchase orders for non-stock requisitions.
· Support the purchasing team with supplier management and orderbook maintenance.
· Maintain accurate inventory records, identify excess and obsolete stock, and support regular stock counts and communicate exceptions to the purchasing team.
· Liaise with store personnel regarding receiving issues and work with the purchasing team and suppliers to reduce issue and improve the flow of material.
· Maintain and update ERP system data, including part information, lead times, and purchase orders.
· Generate and update inventory and purchasing reports, KPI boards, and various Excel documents.
· Assist with general administrative duties as required.
