Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a Project Manager who possess a passion for leading execution on cross‑functional initiatives. This role is part of the PM / Production organization and provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams.
This is a full‑time, permanent and in‑office position based in Rockstar’s state‑of‑the‑art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
WHAT WE DO
* We partner with team leads, directors, and subject matter experts across IT and Security.
* We deliver end‑to‑end project execution for both internal team projects and cross‑departmental efforts.
* We ensure project requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery.
* Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.
* Handle cross‑departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle.
* Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.
* Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
* Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
* Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.
PLUSES

* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
