14 Dec Written By Drumbeat Reports to: Cleaning Supervisor Accountable to: Construction Director Main Objectives Working within the site cleaning team, completing cleaning duties across the business including office cleans, site welfare, construction builders and sparkle cleans Key Responsibilities Driving company vehicles and members of the cleaning team to complete the various types of cleans required in offices and across different developments to a high standard Completion of daily work checklist in line with expected cleaning standards Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy after use Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products and re ordering through Cleaning Supervisor where needed Communicating with cleaning supervisor, cleaning team and site management around the standards and completion of work Skills Knowledge And Aptitude Health and safety awareness Keeping high standards of cleanliness in all situations Good communication skills Able to work well as part of a team Qualifications & Training - Essential Valid and clean driving licence Qualifications & Training - Desirable CSCS card COSHH and Manual Handling certification Experience Minimum of 2 years construction site cleaning Familiar with working around daily/weekly cleaning rotas Working relationships It is important to form strong working relationships with both internal and external people.
