As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will work within our in-house ecommerce and marketing team, supporting the commercial performance and day-to-day operation of our online platforms. The role has a strong focus on ecommerce trading, product merchandising, platform optimisation, and performance analysis, while also supporting customer service and order management to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. You will play an important role in shaping how our brands perform and are presented online, directly influencing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
