Job Description
Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation, are looking to appoint a HR Change Manager on a 6 month FTC paying £46,960 (pro rata). This role will support the People function by driving organisational change, supporting people projects, and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and embedding transformation while ensuring HR services are aligned to organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on restructuring and organisational change programmes
* Partner with leaders to influence people decisions and deliver high-impact HR initiatives
* Design and deliver workforce planning tools and resource modelling
* Provide expert HR and change management advice, including role and structure design
* Use data insights and people analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Coach leaders on change resilience and people management
* Support the implementation of HR projects and policy changes
* Promote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the organisation
* Contribute to safeguarding by ensuring people processes protect vulnerable groups
