6pm – 2am (first 3 months on DAYS regular)

Our client is a market leading manufacturer, a multisite business with 6 sites UK wide and further sites globally. This business produces a well-known product used for multiple purposes in our daily lives. This site is based in Peterborough and has undergone plenty of investment and support to make it a highly productive site. This business is currently undergoing expansion, with a brand-new supersite opening to help with production needs with over 700 million pounds of investment. This site is a modern manufacturing site with a host of conveyor systems, robotics, and other manufacturing machinery with tons of on-site training for the right multiskilled engineer.
The Role:
This multiskilled maintenance engineer role will include working on a range of conveyor systems, robotics, furnaces, and cutting tables.
1. Reactive maintenance/breakdowns
2. Planned preventative maintenance
3. Project work and installation
4. Fault finding both electrically and mechanically
5. 3 phase work, motors, inverters, and control panels.
Our client is looking for:
1. An engineer with a good attitude and aptitude to learn
2. A level 3 qualification minimum - NVQ, apprenticeship
3. A proactive individual and a team player
4. Happy to be involved with the launching of a brand-new site
