Role: Customer Advisor
Type: Full Time, 36.75 hours per week
Contract: Permanent Contract
Shifts available: Monday – Sunday, 6.00am – 10.00pm
Pay: UK notional hourly rate £13.64 per hour (inclusive of £0.54 per hour store‑specific allowance)

What’s the job?
* Provide expert advice as a friendly and outgoing customer advisor.
* Drive sales and support customers with home improvement projects.
* Manage stock, set up displays and ensure the store looks attractive.
* Possibly receive training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
* Deliver excellent customer service as the main focus.

* Willing to work with new technology and learn new ways of working.
* Teams player, flexible and available for a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
