Role Overview
Main Purpose of the Role: The Flagship Manager's main responsibility is to maximize sales and profitability while developing and retaining high-performing teams.
They must aim to deliver:

Main Responsibilities:
Customer First
* Deliver a 'customer first' experience exceeding expectations
* Coach teams to ensure consistent 'customer first' service
* Ensure product knowledge and unbiased advice through consistent training
* Lead the team to achieve green mystery shop KPI scores
* Exceed sales targets and drive LFL growth, ATV, AUS, and conversion
* Maximize O&P opportunities with an OMNI focus
* Achieve NDULGE acquisition and participation targets
* Manage payroll within budget through effective scheduling
* Maintain stock file accuracy and adhere to stock handling policies
Communication
* Keep the team informed of sales and KPI targets regularly
* Communicate clearly with all business partners to drive opportunities
Commerciality
* Identify opportunities to maximize business potential
* Analyze business reports to review performance
* Make confident decisions to ensure sales and brand standards
* Drive treatment room bookings and maintain standards
* Stay updated on current trends and customer profiles
Team
* Recruit and retain diverse, supportive teams
* Create an inclusive environment for employee growth
* Provide feedback and manage performance effectively
* Identify and develop in-house ambassadors and specialists
* Ensure operational efficiency and best practices
* Support management development and succession planning
Leadership

* Undertake duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

* Oversee store H&S and ensure compliance
Store Operations
* Maintain store standards for maintenance and H&S
