Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral Support – Liverpool
Do you have a passion for helping young people overcome barriers and reach their full potential? Milk Education Liverpool is looking for Behaviour Mentors and Pastoral Support staff to work in secondary schools supporting students with behavioural, social, or emotional needs.
This role requires experience working in UK secondary schools, ideally in behaviour support, mentoring, pastoral care, or similar roles.
What the Role Involves
You will play a crucial part in supporting students who require additional guidance. Key responsibilities include:
1. Offering 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
2. Building strong, trusting relationships with students
3. Helping young people develop resilience, confidence, and positive routines
4. Working closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teaching staff
5. Supporting behaviour plans and intervention strategies
6. Creating a safe, structured, nurturing environment
