Recruitment Resourcer
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Recruitment Support Team.
Location & Working Pattern
Based at our Wigan office (WN3 6GL). Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17.00.
Responsibilities
* Search for and engage with candidates to support resourcing needs
* Make outbound calls to connect with potential candidates
* Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build talent pools
* Manage applications from job boards and the NRL careers platform
* Screen candidates for suitability and record accurate information in our systems
* Support colleagues by ensuring a smooth candidate process and positive experience
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Must-have Requirements
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
* Confidence and resilience when engaging with candidates over the phone
* Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our structured training programme
Nice-to-have Skills
* Previous experience working in recruitment or a customer‑focused role
* Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms
