Are you a Test Lead or Test Manager ready to take charge of a high-performing team working on critical national infrastructure? You'll lead a dedicated testing service of 7-17 engineers, overseeing the integration and end-to-end testing of the MoD's IT Service Management (ITSM) function-ensuring quality, security, and performance at scale.

* Proven experience leading test teams in complex environments
* Strong background in integration, E2E, and API testing
* Expertise in test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance
* Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow
* Experience with defect management, risk analysis, and client-side assurance
* Bonus: Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps practices

* Own and deliver the Test Strategy and governance model
* Lead and mentor a team of deployed test engineers
* Ensure alignment with industry best practices
* Provide assurance over 3rd-party supplier testing
* Collaborate with business and process owners to maximise test coverage
* Deliver clear, actionable test reporting and risk assessments
