National Account Manager (NAM): DIY/Home Improvement/Garden
·Burton upon Trent (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

QEP UK are a supplier and distributor of Flooring, Tiling, Home Décor and PPE products and a UK manufacturer of flooring Underlay.This is an exciting time to join us as we enter our next phase of strategic growth.
The Role
* Manage and develop retail accounts and relationships
* Develop and implement JBP and promotional activity
* Drive profitability and sustainable growth through range extensions, new product listings and NPD
* Budget building and reporting
* Oversee the supply chain for responsible accounts through forecasting and delivery
* Analyse market trends, retail landscape and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
* Weekly and monthly reporting
This is a critical strategic role within the sales function. A home-based role with a commutable requirement to be in the office two days per week with travel across the UK when required.
About You
* 3+ years NAM experience working within the retail multiples, able to hit the ground running
* Experience of Kingfisher group or tiling and flooring categories would be advantageous.
* Proven track record of delivering results, driving category growth and distribution
* Strong commercial acumen and numerical / data proficiency
* Skilled negotiator focused on building long-term partnerships
* Strategic thinker and excellent communicator
* Ability to operate and influence at all levels cross functionally
* Team player, ready to collaborate and engage in hands-on tasks
