Warehouse Manager – High Wycombe
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm

Our client, a well established organisation based in High Wycombe, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and take on a key leadership role within their operations.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, trade counter, and transport operations. You’ll be hands-on, leading by example while ensuring excellent service and smooth operations across the branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage warehouse, trade counter, and transport functions
* Report directly to the Branch Manager
* Serve customers on the trade counter
* Oversee picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods
* Ensure stock is checked, recorded, and maintained correctly
* Drive company vehicles for deliveries (subject to acceptance as a company driver)
* Maintain H&S standards and adhere to VOSA guidelines
* Assist with annual stock-takes and general administration duties
* Support the smooth running of the branch in line with company policies
About You
* Experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, with ambition to step into management
* Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
* Good communication skills and ability to lead by example
* Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional Saturdays
