Primary Teacher – Full Time - September 2026
Vision for Education are seeking an experienced and inspirational Primary Teacher to join a small and popular primary school in the St Ives area for the full academic year, beginning in September 2026. This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity to join a team of welcoming and hard working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills. This role has arisen due to an increase in the school roll. A job share may be considered for this role. There is a chance that this role may become permananent in the future.
Pay
The pay for this role is between £140 to £232 per day, dependent upon experience.
Responsibilites of the role
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
2. Work collaboratively within the relevant Key Stage team
3. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
4. Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
5. Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher
You will have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
7. The ability to provide two recent references to support your teaching employment
8. The ability to provide full, enhanced DBS clearance
9. Recent experience teaching at key stage 1 level within a Primary School
10. Excellent communication, time keeping and organisational skills
