Brand Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover - 12 Months Here at JCT600, we are currently looking to recruit a Brand Marketing Manager for our Specialist brands, within this role you will lead and support a team of 5 brand aligned marketing colleagues. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave and involves a combination of home working and our Head Office site in Apperley Bridge. There may be times also where you are required to work from our sites across the region. It is our ambition to make JCT600 the best place to work. Key Responsibilities in this role include: - Day to day management of the Brand Marketing team consisting of 4 Brand Marketing Executives and 1 Content Production Executive. Supporting your Brand Director in achieving the required targets through effective, measurable marketing activity and market-leading merchandising. Working with your management team colleagues to ensure we have a joined up plan across all JCT600 marketing activity. Enhancing the JCT600 Brand, supporting the overall Group Marketing Plan and consistently producing high quality work. Ensuring activities are effective and measurable, which suggests a focus on ROI and performance tracking. Overseeing all digital merchandising activities for your brand(s), ensuring consistency and impact across platforms. Maintain high standards for all in-store merchandising, reflecting brand identity and enhancing customer experience. Accurately measure all marketing activity, including tagging and tracking, to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Managing marketing budgets, defining channel strategies, and ensuring accurate spend reporting with clear stakeholder communication. This role also requires you to have the following: Previous experience of working in, or leading high performing marketing team. A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement. Competent in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word and Excel and other applications as. Strong collaboration with colleagues and both internal and external stakeholders. A desire to provide a service to the operational side of the business. Decisive decision-making skills, particularly around campaign design and channel spend. Accuracy and interest in measuring our activity and ROI An energetic approach to seasonal spikes in workload A drive to support and develop our colleague A valid driving licence which is free from excessive points.
