Senior Legal Counsel - Insurance Distribution
12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Location: London
Role Overview: A Senior Legal Counsel is required to join a leading specialist insurer and reinsurer, a multinational insurance business, on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in August.
The Senior Legal Counsel will have significant experience in insurance distribution and will undertake responsibilities including:
* Advising on insurance distribution of products
* Advising on insurance distribution structures and channels
* Handling issues and disputes, including exits
* Providing advice on risk management and proposing insurance products
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* Experience in insurance within a commercial or specialty insurer
* Extensive experience with insurance distribution
This role offers the opportunity to join a leading insurer in London, with potential for the role to become permanent. The position is office-based two days a week with three days remote, providing a hybrid working environment. The office is centrally located.
