• Leading the Science Department strategically and operationally
• Driving exceptional teaching, learning and outcomes across KS3–KS5
• Line-managing staff and leading departmental CPD
• Overseeing curriculum design, assessment and development
• Maintaining high academic standards and promoting subject ambition
• Supporting Oxbridge and university preparation
Experience and Qualifications
• Strong Science degree
• PGCE with QTS
• Substantial experience at KS5
• Previous leadership experience desirable
• Ability to inspire excellence in others
