After whizzing up nut butters at home (using natural ingredients & nothing else) she was onto something tasty. Her friends agreed. Her family agreed, and soon the people of London’s Maltby Street Market agreed. The word - and the nut butter - started spreading. Fast. We leapt onto the shelves of Selfridges. Then Sainsbury’s. Then Wholefoods & Ocado. Then Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-Op, Tesc- you get it. Middle We’re in every UK supermarket, but we’re not done yet (that’s why we need you). We want to keep growing while showing people that tasty food can be good for you & the planet. We’re a B Corp after all. That’s not just a pretty badge. Better business is an all-day, everyday mindset. Next We’re nimble: we’re the number 2 & fastest growing nut butter brand in the UK. Number 1, we’re on your tail. We’re tenacious: next up, we’re taking over snacking. We’re a B Corp & proud: we’re doing all of that while looking after people & the planet. The squirrels are taking over. Are you in? What you’ll be doing Wham, bam, we need a NAM! Are you a negotiations master? Do you know your way around a P&L? Do you see JBP’s as a chance to make a splash? Most importantly, did those acronyms make sense? If they did, you could be our next National Account Manager. We’re looking for someone to represent Pip & Nut in the grocery aisles. As well as overseeing important financial planning & forecasting, you’ll be our ultimate ambassador. By building strong relationships with our buyers, you’ll take our plans from PowerPoints to stand-out shelf displays. This fast-paced role is an opportunity to drive growth & make a tangible impact on sales. In a nutshell, you’ll be: A Grocery Growth Driver. You'll own the strategy for some of our VIP grocery accounts, pinpoint new opportunities for growth & get Pip & Nut into more baskets. A Customer Champion. Building rock-solid relationships as the go-to contact for our retail partners. You’ll be their voice in our business and our voice in theirs, ensuring our brand plans & customer strategy are perfectly aligned. On top of the bottom line. You'll oversee the full customer P&L (Profit & Loss). From forecasting and budgets to S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning), you'll use sharp, data-driven insights (promo analysis, margin mix) to guide your decisions, deliver on budget & make every nut count. A Brand Activator. Work with Marketing to land killer in-store brand activations in-store. You'll lead brand planning, get buyers hyped for what's next by hosting brand days & make sure Pip & Nut stands out on the shelf when it matters most. A Deal Maker. Landing favourable JBPs (Joint Business Plans) and winning prime off-shelf features that turn our brand strategy into commercial reality. Things we’re looking for (skills & credentials): Experience managing grocery accounts (this can be High Street OOH or Grocery). We’re looking for someone who can negotiate, manage a P&L, build customer relationships & drive sustainable growth. To any experienced National Account Exec’s or Junior NAMs this is your chance to step into a NAM role & make an impact! A natural hustler with Top Nut sales skills & a flair for landing new business. Commercial savviness. You know the numbers & what it takes to grow a business profitably. You see a JBP negotiation as a chance to shine, not shy away. A super connector & people person. It might seem obvious but there are a lot of nuts at The Nest.
