Engineering Trainer (Electronics / Electrical)
Location: Oxfordshire (On-site, 5 days a week)
About the Role
This position is ideal for an Electronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Test Engineer, Electronics Technician, PCB Engineer, Automation Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is ready to move from an industry role into a training and development career.
You do not need previous teaching or training experience. Full support, training, and recognised teaching/assessor qualifications will be provided.
As an Engineering Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and theoretical training to small groups of learners across a range of modern engineering disciplines. You’ll be helping future engineers develop the technical and professional skills they need to succeed in the industry, drawing directly from your own real-world experience.
Job Purpose
1. Deliver high-quality electronics, electrical, and/or mechanical engineering training through classroom, workshop, and online sessions.
