We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage Front of House staff to ensure efficient food and service.
* Lead by example in serving food, and setting up tables for service
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Train new team members in front of house service
* Coordinate with management and kitchen for day-to-day events
* Key holding, opening and closing of the premises
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Bar experience is required
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail with front of house service
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
* Background in hotel or barista experience is considered a plus.
